FE are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded People Operations Manager to join our team. As the People Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall people strategy. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, managing HR processes, and ensuring the well-being and professional development of our employees.

 

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to anticipate and address people-related challenges.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and implementing resolutions.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance evaluation processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.

Learning and Development:

  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Identify opportunities for career growth and create pathways for professional development.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies in accordance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement:

  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Change Management:

  • System updates, a move from manual to digital ways of working,
  • Helping with employees switching teams, management shifts in business objectives, and changes based on internal findings.

Employee Recognition:

  • Create and implement a reward system and recognition culture that helps employees feel appreciated for their efforts.
  • Create a series of informal emails sent to teams or the whole organization informing the business of the employees achievement.

 

Required Skills:

  • Motivated, energetic and organised individual;
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and results- driven self-starter;
  • Project management skills to execute learning initiatives effectively;
  • Have a strategic mindset and consultative approach; and
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage.

 

Experience and Education:

  • BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or a related discipline;
  • 7-10 years experience in a similar position within Investment Banking or Finance;
  • Certifications in training, instructional design, or related fields are a plus;
  • Proficient in word and excel; and
  • Credible and resourceful.

Salary: $120k-$170k pa
