Responsibilities:

  • Post, respond and engage in discussion on behalf of the CEO, Executive Chairman, and the FE brand across all social channels: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and others.
  • Distribute existing FE content across social media platforms, helping drive traffic to our website (a new one is coming soon).
  • Help to identify commercial opportunities on social media such as leads, interviews and PR.
  • Create engaging and meaningful content.
  • Use data to drive your decisions.

 

Required Skills:

  • Analyse and report on social media presence, engagement, and effectiveness across all platforms: This task involves regularly monitoring the company's social media accounts, analysing engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates, and providing detailed reports on the performance of the company's social media efforts.
  • In this role you will work directly with our CEO and provide monthly social initiatives, you will present new ideas for social media campaigns, highlight successful campaigns from the past month, and discuss any challenges or opportunities for improvement in a presentation format to the senior management team.
  • Manage all social media presence and content on multiple platforms: As a social media manager, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging and informative content, such as written posts, videos, and graphics, that align with the company's products and services, as well as responding to comments and messages from followers on various platforms.
  • Utilize social media analytical data and metrics to measure effectiveness: This includes utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and social media management software to track the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Establish "voice" of the brand through social media, and content development: This includes creating a consistent tone and style of communication across all social media platforms and ensuring that all materials align with the company's branding and messaging.
  • This role will require creating and scheduling regular social media posts that followers will want to share with their own networks, in order to increase the company's reach and visibility.
  • Support new business development by contributing to proposals and participating in social media strategy/campaign pitches: This involves working with the sales team to create proposals for potential clients and participating in meetings and presentations to discuss the company's social media capabilities and services.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Operations teams to spearhead internal social media programs and efforts: This means working closely with other departments to ensure that the company's social media efforts align with broader marketing, PR, and operational goals.
  • Optimize all social media platforms for maximum reach, engagement, and performance: This task includes regularly reviewing and updating the company's social media profiles, experimenting with new features and tools, and staying up to date on best practices for social media optimization.

 

Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years of employment in a social media role, with proven engagement, growth and campaign results or 5+ years working for a financial institution with a probable appreciation for social media.
  • Experience growing a social account organically.
  • Ability to maintain sense of urgency throughout the workday
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or InDesign is a plus.
  • You must have a bachelor’s degree
  • Able to do copy writing around M&A and financial terminology.

Salary: $65k-$90k pa OTE
