You will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Associate to support all aspects of strategic decision-making, financial forecasting, planning, and analytics led by the Corporate Finance team.

The Corporate Finance team takes a significant role in analyzing fund performance, portfolio analytics, debt syndication & structuring, fund formation, deal structuring, strategic planning, developing business insights, and reporting to the C-suite, board of directors, and investors. You will bring your expert analytical ability and financial modeling skills to provide key insights, recognize key opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Support decision-making by building and presenting complex financial models analyzing fund and portfolio performance
  • Financial analysis and delivery of KPI’s and various management reports
  • Produce critical internal and external deliverables (e.g., Earnings Releases, Fund Investor Relations Reports, Asset-Level Performance Metrics, Fund Models) for presentation to C-suite
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reporting and presentations
  • Collaborate with senior management on special high-impact strategic projects

Candidate Profile:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance/Business or STEM field
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience required - Private Equity experience is a plus
  • Exceptionally high level of Excel skills with a focus on financial modeling is required
  • Exceptional date visualization via PowerPoint is required
  • Strong quantitative, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills required
  • High learning agility with an ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Self-starter who independently drives projects to completion by self-sourcing information and leveraging all available resources
  • Knowledge of finance concepts including an understanding of financial statements
  • Personal and professional integrity of the highest order required
