The purpose of this role is to execute on the well defined processes that are essential to the Crop Marketing business. For this position, we are seeking a recent graduate that is looking for an entry-level position but demonstrates a high-degree of aptitude for technological systems. This person will report into Operations, but will also work closely with the Strategy & Operations team to ensure business continuity and suggest process improvements.
Send out contracts for market advisory subscriptions
Keeping documentation up-to-date (ex. contracts), especially around promotions and new programs
Interface with the accounting team to ensure payment processing and account activation are timely
Support the delivery of market intelligence content (newsletters, podcasts)
Sending event-related communications to our client base
Supporting Farm Marketing Advisors in bespoke methods of communication with clients
Supporting other needed communications with clients
Maintain up-to-date client lists
Supporting teams as needed in maintaining sales pipeline
Run reports to support management needs
Upload subscriber database to Salesforce on a daily basis
Support maintenance of dashboards for business unit
Ensure all business unit recordings/ materials are easily accessible
Keep Google Groups updated with new hires
Other tasks as defined by manager
Qualifications and Skills
Strong technical skills in Google Sheets, Excel and Salesforce
