As a Marketing Operations Associate you’ll gain a 360 degree view of a marketing department in a fast growing company as you support marketing’s 4 core initiatives: New Member Acquisition, Customer Success, New Product Adoption, and Content Production/Distribution.
Your work will keep the trains running and ensure the continued growth and success of FBN. Key responsibilities include
Work within the FBN Marketing Technology Stack to setup and launch campaigns across channels.
Coordinate with members of the marketing and sales team to coordinate outbound communications, provide a clear line of site internally to upcoming communications and organize handoffs and processes between departments.
Help us build, monitor, and maintain our communications calendar to ensure we keep our members and leads engaged across all of our business lines.
Assist in the management, monitoring, and continuous improvement/effectiveness of all marketing communication channels (email, performance marketing, events & trade shows, owned channels, broadcast media).
2+ years experience in a marketing role (marketing operations preferred)
Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
Strong time and project management skills with proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and executive presentation skills are required
A proven ability to have impact & influence
Experience with Adobe Suite or similar design software a plus
Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce highly desired
