To achieve our goal, we need you: Authentic, dedicated, team player, expert in your field and with the will to drive things forward.



  • You simulate the electrical/thermal behavior of cells, modules and packs for automotive HV battery on system-level with MATLAB/ Simulink 
  • You use and optimize existing simulation methods and take part in the development of new methods   
  • You analyze and evaluate data for validation and collaborate closely with the testing team 
  • You present the results in various committees 
  • You work closely together with the embedded software developer to design numerical model-based algorithms 



  • You have successfully completed your (Master or PhD) studies in electrical engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable subject 
  • You have more than 5 years experience in battery simulations in the automotive industry and/or have deepened your expertise in physical modeling and/or algorithm development  
  • You are confident in using MATLAB and Simulink 
  • Proficiency in using Python or experience with other programming languages is desirable 
  • Very good analytical understanding and good ability to present and explain your results to others 
  • Fluent English and German, Chinese language skills as a plus
