Your Role:

As the B2B Sales Specialist, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to facilitate Faraday Future's B2B Sales business. Additionally, the role will focus on the following:

  • Ensure that revenue targets are achieved or exceeded on a quarterly and annual basis for all products, services and integrated solutions
  • Take responsibility of commercial activities related to Automotive OEM customers and drive partner facing discussion, projects, and meetings
  • Serve as the business expert regarding FF’s B2B and fleet product offering to both customers and partners
  • Develop strong relationships with executive and operational level decision-makers with business partners and leverage those relationships to achieve business objectives
  • Create and maintain plans for high profile opportunities
  • Guide and participate in the development of winning responses to B2B and fleet partners.
  • Provide regular reporting and forecast information
  • Work closely with and coordinate activities between different departments like engineering, operations, sales, marketing, finance, product management and legal


  • Assist sales team with advertising and improving website performance, driving quality traffic and leads
  • Increase lead generation for Faraday Future within the region of responsibility across new/used/aftersales
  • Improvement on lead process with increased close rates/sales from leads


  • Guide guests through introduction of brand and vehicle at our HQ + offsite events
  • Deliver an exciting experience for guests and companions
  • Communicate with current and prospective B2B customers via chat, email, in-person and SMS to nurture and prepare them for a vehicle purchase
  • Receive inbound leads to assess the prospect's needs, qualify the opportunity, and schedule the demo drive experience
  • Use a consultative sales approach while also aiding buy in to the mission, business model, and Faraday Future brand
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline achieving both personal and group metrics
  • Develop and maintain reports on sales pipeline status
  • Provide feedback and recommendations based on direct experiences with potential customers
  • Maintain customer relationships from the initial interaction up until delivery day
  • Provide strategic, data-led recommendations, tracking, and reporting to improve Sales across the business
  • Will be digital/internet subject matter expert for sales/aftersales and event marketing related activities
  • Evaluate and provide guidance on effectiveness of third-party tools and integrations
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Manage new appointments in B2B Online Sales and Digital enrollment process
  • Participation and leadership at regional meetings and other events

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales
  • At least 3 years experience in selling complex B2B products and technology solutions
  • Relevant relationships and networking with decision makers with the OEMs, fleet operators, hotels, mobility providers, and businesses
  • Solid sales and communication skills, strategic forecasting, complex negotiation, and relationship management
  • A positive self-starter with the ability to work independently to define the landscape in a rapidly changing business space
  • Ability to travel on a moderate basis, including domestic and international (post Covid-19)
