We are looking for a Programmatic Media Senior Associate to join the Media and Demand Generation Team to support our paid digital media team across all business units - Fantasy, Sportsbook, Casino, and Racing. This role will be tasked with supporting our full-funnel brand and direct response campaigns on programmatic display to build brand awareness and drive new registrations and real-money players. This role will also be a supportive pillar within the team for emerging media channels such as digital video, OTT/CTV, digital audio, digital OOH. We’re looking for a team player who is comfortable working with data and analytics and is interested in building their career in programmatic marketing and has an ear to the ground when it comes to emerging best practices and market trends.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Support channel leads with planning, creative briefing, tag trafficking, and reporting of evergreen and tentpole digital media campaigns.
  • Assist with building season-long media plans to meet team KPIs across multiple tactics and platforms, ensuring the team is establishing and crushing benchmarks to strengthen our advertising playbook.
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams, creative partners, and agencies to ensure the seamless launch and execution of all campaigns.
  • Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual channel reporting and post mortem analysis - including building creative performance recaps, billing reconciliation, and dissemination of insights to key stakeholders.
  • Improve internal processes for digital media campaign management, including streamlining creative and tag trafficking to multiple partners, QAing campaigns, optimizing workflows for audience creation and testing, and setting a testing framework for emerging channels and ad formats.
  • Provide continuous assessment of our digital media tactics and identify areas for improvement and optimizations.
  • Maintain shared team documents, templates, spreadsheets, and creative folders.
  • Learn and use mobile reporting tools like Appsflyer and Flashtalking to dig into user cohort data and optimize traffic sources to drive higher ROI.


What we're looking for in our next teammate 

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
  • 2+ years of experience working at a digital agency, preferably within the programmatic buying or media/advertising operation teams. 
    • Direct experience with programmatic trading and optimizations is a huge plus.
  • Possesses an analytical and proactive mindset - you enjoy aggregating information across disparate data points and sources into clear, actionable insights.
  • Willingness to learn and gain a proficient working knowledge of auction models and bidding strategies across all major platforms.
  • Needs to be able to work autonomously and within a large team setting.
  • Clear communicator and multitasker, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across internal and external stakeholders with ease.
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to exhibit a positive attitude and remain calm in high-stress situations.
  • You don’t mind working during non-traditional business hours as needed.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets/Docs/Slides preferred.
  • An eagerness to learn more about digital marketing and the evolving fantasy sports and sports betting industry within the U.S.
