Details about this opportunity:
- Full Time Assistant Director of Behavior Services
- Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (hours may vary pending business needs)
- Compensation: $95,000-$105,000
- Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by services provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held.
- Westchester, NY (supervision in school buildings and homes across Westchester County & surrounding areas and administrative work from office/remote location).

Responsibilities:
- Works closely and collaboratively with the Director and Vice President of the company to determine and delegate short term and long term clinical and business growth initiatives.
- Collaborates with Clinical Supervisors in the development and implementation of internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth to all employees.
- Oversee Clinical Supervisors for each service line to implement efficient hiring, staffing, maintenance of cases to ensure quality services are being delivered.
- Conducts interviews, hiring, and oversight of onboarding and training to new team members to ensure their success.
- Provides mentoring and training, and competency assessment as necessary
- Work closely with service coordinators and school districts to ensure effective and ongoing communication is delivered.
- Ensures timely, accurate submission of session notes and records related to service provision and clinical integrity
- Provide direct and/or indirect services to students and families, conduct evaluations, and/or provide coverage for staff absences as deemed necessary by their supervisors.
- Participate in collaborative team meetings with special educators, LBA/BCBAs, TAs/BTs/RBTs and related service providers, parents, districts, etc.
- Manages the schedule, supervision, and evaluation of designated team members. Reviews team attendance entries and billing.
- Works collaboratively with recruitment, marketing, business management and coordination teams.
- Supervisee RBT or BCBA/LBA candidates, as needed.
- Attend and present Professional Development Trainings, as required

And this background:
- NYS Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance
- Master’s degree in one of the following: Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Educational/Health/Human Services
- BCBA Certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with special needs, ages 5 through 21 in a school setting
- Minimum of 2 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians
- Bilingual is a plus
