- Monday through Friday, Flexibility for shifts between 7:30am-7:00pm
- Westbury, NY
- Salary range: $75,000-$85,000
- Please note that this is a range. Salary is determined based on professional experience and license/certifications held

Responsibilities:
- Works closely and collaboratively with the Assistant Directors and VP of the company to determine and delegate short-term and long-term clinical improvement initiatives
- Oversee all home and community services to implement efficient hiring, staffing, maintenance of cases to ensure quality services are being delivered
- Provides mentoring and training, and competency assessment as necessary.
- Clinical staff working in homes must be supervised at least yearly, with an overall goal to increase supervision for all therapists.
- Work closely with service coordinators and school district personnel to ensure effective and ongoing communication is delivered.
- Collaborates with Assistant Directors in the development and implementation of internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth to all employees
- Ensures timely, accurate submission of session notes and records related to service provision and clinical integrity
- Provide direct and/or indirect services to students and families, conduct evaluations, and/or provide coverage for staff absences as deemed necessary by their supervisors.
- Participate in collaborative team meetings clinical providers, clinicians, and paraprofessionals
- Manages the schedule, supervision, and evaluation of designated team members
- Provides support to staff and providers as needed
- Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
- Provides coverage for Behavior Technicians and/or Behavior Consultants on designated coverage days
Additional Responsibilities may include:
- Utilizing Excel to track all key indicators
- Performs other work as may be assigned by the line leaders
- Utilizing online programs or platforms to provide support as needed

And this background:
- Minimum of a master’s degree in one of the following: Special Education or Psychology
- BCBA/LBA Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with children with special needs, ages birth through 21
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians
