  • Full-Time Clinical Supervisor of Home & Community Services
  • Monday through Friday, Flexibility for shifts between 7:30am-7:00pm
  • Westbury, NY
  • Salary range: $75,000-$85,000
    • Please note that this is a range. Salary is determined based on professional experience and license/certifications held

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely and collaboratively with the Assistant Directors and VP of the company to determine and delegate short-term and long-term clinical improvement initiatives
  • Oversee all home and community services to implement efficient hiring, staffing, maintenance of cases to ensure quality services are being delivered
  • Provides mentoring and training, and competency assessment as necessary. 
    • Clinical staff working in homes must be supervised at least yearly, with an overall goal to increase supervision for all therapists.
  • Work closely with service coordinators and school district personnel to ensure effective and ongoing communication is delivered.  
  • Collaborates with Assistant Directors in the development and implementation of internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth to all employees
  • Ensures timely, accurate submission of session notes and records related to service provision and clinical integrity
  • Provide direct and/or indirect services to students and families, conduct evaluations, and/or provide coverage for staff absences as deemed necessary by their supervisors.
  • Participate in collaborative team meetings clinical providers, clinicians, and paraprofessionals
  • Manages the schedule, supervision, and evaluation of designated team members
  • Provides support to staff and providers as needed
  • Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
  • Provides coverage for Behavior Technicians and/or Behavior Consultants on designated coverage days

 

Additional Responsibilities may include:

  • Utilizing Excel to track all key indicators
  • Performs other work as may be assigned by the line leaders
  • Utilizing online programs or platforms to provide support as needed

 

 

About You:

And this background:

  • Minimum of a master’s degree in one of the following: Special Education or Psychology
  • BCBA/LBA Preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with children with special needs, ages birth through 21
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians
