Details about this opportunity:
- Part Time Fee for Service
- This Position is a combination of remote and in person. Will have to travel every six months to Family’s home for IFSP meeting. May have to travel for meetings at DOH once month.
- Available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Not necessarily available all day.)
- Westchester County, NY
- Compensation: $13 per unit- $60/Hour
- Please note: This is a range. Rates are determined by service minutes.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring the delivery of Early Intervention Services on a child’s IFSP
- Provide parents with continuing opportunities to share information, priorities and concerns regarding their services and concerns of their child
- Insure timeliness of paperwork submission and implementation of NYS and County regulations
- Facilitate the development of a transition plan to preschool
- Attend and participate in continuing education, ongoing staff in-services and quarterly meetings

- Must be an Established Ongoing Service Coordinator
- Committed to helping children and their families.
- Ability to multitask efficiently with several cases.
- Experience in Early Childhood.
- Obtain BEI Certification for Service Coordination within 90 days of employment.
- Bilingual is a plus
