- Compensation: $66,000-$69,000
- Full Time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
- Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop appropriate functional goals for the IEP.
- Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
- Maintain all children/students’ confidentiality.
- Create and maintain schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
- Collects data on each IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly
- Administer and write-up Annual Review reports for all school age children.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure consistency and maximize gains for the children on your caseload.
- Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
- Assist staff therapists with documentation by reviewing and providing feedback for reports, as well as with learning best methods for presenting evaluation and annual review reports
- Provide ongoing support for a team of therapists as an assigned mentor
- Supervise graduate clinical students as needed
- Assist in managing the schedule of designated team members
- Up to two administrative hours per week

And this background:
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children with special needs, ages 5-21 years
- Proficient computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, EMR
