Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations to elevate our Revenue Operations function to new heights. This role is pivotal in directing strategic initiatives and managing Salesforce operations while overseeing a team that includes a Salesforce Architect, a Salesforce Developer, and an SDR. In addition to Salesforce, this person can own the top-of-funnel GTM strategy and execution with respect to leading opportunities from inbound leads. The ideal candidate will have a well-developed background in Salesforce management and RevOps, including territory management, sales enablement, and project management. Additionally, have knowledge in or desire to drive business growth through lead management and engagement. This position will significantly impact FalconX's mission by actioning strategic decisions based on robust data analysis and best industry practice.
This role has opportunity to be a self-directed owner of the core Revenue Operations functions and serve as leader who engages autonomously with other Company senior leaders.
 

Key Role Responsibilities

Salesforce Management:

  • Oversee Salesforce Operations: this will account for 30-50% of your regular work.
  • Manage and mentor a Salesforce Architect and Salesforce Developer.
  • Ensure efficient handling of the Salesforce request backlog.
  • Manage and evolve robust system for intaking and prioritizing requests.
  • Serve as leader for cross-functional stakeholders who leverage Salesforce for their purposes - e.g., Compliance, Product
  • Manage the collaboration between Salesforce needs and rest of Revenue Function
  • Supervise the maintenance of Salesforce roles, profiles, public groups, and user licenses.
  • Manage systems licenses and contracts.
  • Own Salesforce training for Revenue function.
  • Manage the overall Salesforce administration and system architecture. This includes advising the system developers and architects on what task to complete and prioritize according to higher business needs and priorities.
  • This does not require you to have experience with programming.

Revenue Operations

  • Support Key Revenue Operations Projects: this will account for 50% of your daily work.
  • Revenue Function Operational and Organizational Model Strategy:
  • Set and manage sales territories.
  • Manage the rules of engagement for Revenue function individuals
  • Set and manage client facing teams' structures and operating models.
  • Understand broader problems and proactively advance towards solutions.
  • Team Support:
  • Support the revenue operations team in managing and running weekly performance reviews.
  • Assist with compensation modeling, quarterly revenue forecasting, and tracking weekly revenue attainment.
  • Contribute to onboarding execution and identify growth opportunities in our market.
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify and address training needs.
  • Develop resources and tools to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.

Top-of-Funnel Growth

  • Support the top-funnel growth of the business: this will account for 10-30% of your regular work.
  • Lead Intake and Qualification:
  • Manage the SDR - ensure sufficient achievement of KPIs to drive top-of-funnel lead intake and qualification
  • Set, manage, and execute broader vision of SDR function
  • Marketing Support:
  • Work with Marketing to drive seamless top-of-funnel motion
  • Support Marketing's systems needs, ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce

Compensation

Base pay for this role is expected to be between $130,000-170,000 USD. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as skillset, experience, and qualifications.
