Role Overview

We are looking to hire a team member who can take the Revenue Operations function forward. This role will spend their time doing one or both of (1) living in the data and providing regular updates on revenue performance and (2) driving important strategic initiatives to completion. Ideally, the person hired for this role can also support on basic-level Salesforce manipulation in order to add velocity to the completion of the Salesforce request backlog. The opportunity here is to understand how a business succeeds through the lens of data, managing programs, and solving qualitative problems. This growth will allow this individual to grow within the RevOps function or springboard into other interesting areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance reporting: 
    • Capture the data from existing systems and, in a streamlined way, populate existing performance review templates 
    • Be able to quickly add, adjust, delete
    • Provide multiple lenses on the data, including create new cuts that allow for rapid understanding of relevant questions
    • On an as needed basis, pull up specific cuts of data for one-off questions
    • Be able to pull necessary data and reports from Salesforce and Sigma
    • Be able to learn how the different systems interact in order to support data flow uptime
  • Modelling
    • Create models in Google sheets that track items like revenue performance, compensation attainment, quarterly planning, and more
  • Program management of strategic initiatives
    • Capture updates on initiatives from key stakeholders
    • Hold meetings to capture information and push progress
    • Understand the broader problem and proactively take the right steps to advance towards a solution
  • Team support
    • More broadly, support the revenue operations team as it executes its core work on:
      • Managing and running the weekly performance review cadence
      • Modelling compensation
      • Planning quarterly revenue forecasting
      • Tracking weekly revenue attainment
      • Supporting onboarding execution
      • Understanding growth opportunities in our market 
  • [Optional] Salesforce development and administration: 
    • Add and adjust fields in account, opportunity, and other relevant objects
    • Add or modify pick-list choices, as relevant
    • Leverage Flow to build automations, such as:
      • Automatically tagging opportunities with relevant data from the account they are related to
      • Sending email notifications based on certain triggers
    • Build opportunity and lead stages to match business need
    • Build validations / gates to ensure sufficient thresholds are met to pass from one lead or opportunity stage to the next, to complete an account creation, or other processes
    • Tag leads with campaigns to track performance of specific events or overall channels
    • Manage different record types to match business needs
    • Work with internal Security team to provision users with the right permissions
    • Keep recurring (i.e., quarterly) view of active users versus licenses and help right-size, as necessary
    • Maintain roles, profiles, public groups
    • Follow-up on user support tickets
    • Create materials and train users, as needed, on changes 
    • Capture the necessary data and build reports, both within and outside of Salesforce, that provide the most ROI and insight to drive the business forward

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Ability to think in a structured way
  • Ability to dive into data and glean insights
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to influence and nudge without authority, in order to get answers and / or drive projects to completion
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets and goals
  • Any type of Salesforce experience is a plus

Compensation:

This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $80,000.00 - $110,000. The actual compensation for a successful candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.  This position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits consisting of overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonus, paid time off (including sick time) benefits, paid Company holidays, participation in the Company’s equity and 401k retirement plan, competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefits each subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and Company policies.
