About this Role
As a Sourcer at Faire, you will be instrumental in helping scale a high-growth startup. We are looking for someone that is passionate about sourcing, recruiting and working with hiring teams to find top talent across our engineering org. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and can partner with our recruiting team to grow the company.
What You'll Do
- Use your talents as a sourcer to build and manage the top of funnel while creating sourcing strategies
- Communicate clearly with candidates and effectively partner with recruiters and hiring managers
- Use multiple sourcing strategies and channels, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates for open positions
- Help maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity

- Help build an inclusive and diverse team environment
Qualifications
- A proficiency in the English language
- 3+ years of sourcing experience, ideally coming from a tech start-up
- Experience sourcing candidates located in North America
- You are resourceful, proactive and take initiative
- You are passionate about sourcing and recruiting
- You are organized and have excellent time management skills
- You care about the candidate experience and employee brand
- You are data-driven
Faire’s flexible work model aims to meet the needs of our diverse employee community by making work more flexible, connected, and inclusive. Depending on the role and needs of the team, Faire employees have the flexibility to choose how they work–whether that’s mainly in the office, remotely, or a mix of both.
Roles that list only a country in the location are eligible for fully remote work in that country or in- office work at a Faire office in that country, provided employees are located in the registered country/province/state. Roles with only a city location are eligible for in-office or hybrid office work in that city.
