About the Role

We are looking for a world-class Growth Marketing leader to own and scale global paid acquisition, SEO and Retailer CRM/Lifecycle Marketing.

What you’ll do

  • Own and scale global paid media (managed internally) for both sides of the marketplace (retailers and brands) to $xxxM annually while maintaining target (incremental) payback
  • Own and drive Faire’s global SEO strategy, roadmap and KPIs with an emphasis on scalable, product-led tactics
  • Partner with our product development organization to build, scale and operate our retailer CRM/lifecycle marketing program across messaging surfaces (email, push, in-product/app)
  • Enable the team for success through strong people management and clear communication of marketing KPIs and company goals
  • Hire, train, and lead a world class team across all function


  • 10+ years experience with deep expertise in paid user acquisition (esp search and social), product-led SEO, and programmatic lifecycle marketing -- experience in consumer/marketplace/ecommerce and scaling internationally is a plus
  • Significant impact in fast growing company leading a critical, complex marketing function
  • Hands on leader who has hired a world-class team and cares about mentorship and development
