What You’ll Do:

  • Process customer returns
  • Be a resource for concierge returns
  • Produce auction after sale reports
  • Manage insurance documentation requests
  • Buyer Preferred Program sales
  • Provide aging inventory statuses
  • Procurement operations
  • Coordinate recirculated and VIN-less deliveries
  • Assist Remarketing Managers with day-to-day auction processes
  • Invoice audits
  • After-sale processing and reconciliation
  • Prompt follow-up on sale defects including missing sale data, payment issues, and title resolution
  • Handling impounds
  • Other duties as assigned
