What You’ll Do:

  • Support the staff of the Remarketing Department, including hiring and termination, training and guidance and performance evaluation.
  • Track and analyze processes and sales statistics to reduce costs and tighten sales windows
  • Monitor the remarketing process to ensure we are in compliance
  • Support multi-channel sales, including direct to dealer, online auction and in-lane
  • Support a team of remarketing specialists in a motivating and supportive manner
  • Reviews vendor invoice policy and procedure to ensure compliance with auction agreements
  • Reporting of sales, including comparative analysis and auction report cards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What you Need:

  • Business degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • 2-4 Years of business development, business analytics, and/or vehicle remarketing expertise
  • Solid experience presenting business analytics
  • Agile in a fast-past environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across complex internal and external organizations
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment
  • Coach and train internal and external clients on new processes and best practices
  • Creative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems quickly and independently
