Your Next Career:
Fabric is looking for somebody to lead our outbound efforts and build the function from the ground up. You will inherit two direct reports and then have the chance to hire your own team and build your own playbook. You will grow top-line revenue, promote sales acceleration, and establish a foundation for repeatable growth.You’ll be working closely with revenue leadership and the sales team, reporting directly to EVP Revenue.
Build and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
Coach, train and develop your team setting a high performance culture
Weekly reporting and forecasting
Motivate and inspire the team
Strong knowledge of implementing compensation plans and incentives
Ensure activity targets and success metrics are hit
Work closely with revenue operations to consistently improve how we do things
Proactively identify new opportunities and strategic directions; identify trends and make appropriate changes that will lead to positive change
Lead the execution of campaigns and initiatives within the sales development organization.
What you Bring to the Table:
Previous experience building and managing SDR teams within SaaS industry, ideally within ecommerce tech
Track record of hitting quotas
Proficient in Sheets and Salesforce
