FabFitFun is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to join our team! Reporting to our SVP, Marketing, this person will be instrumental in our growth strategy, as we aim to achieve our vision in becoming the premier shopping club for lifestyle & self care. Significant areas of responsibility for this leader will entail, customer acquisition, retention, conversion, team leadership, and stakeholder management. Ideal candidates will have managed $10M+ / year in ad spend, preferably within the e-commerce, CPG, or fashion lifestyle sector. 

Location: This role will be based out of our HQ in Los Angeles, where we will be operating from a hybrid model of 3 days a week in-office. This role is not eligible for remote. 

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of our customer acquisition channels, including paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing plan that aligns with FabFitFun's revenue objectives\
  • Analyze customer acquisition and retention strategies, conduct competitor research, and gather insights from our customers to inform our growth strategy and enhance our prospect-to-customer conversion process
  • Collaborate closely with our UX/UI team to identify, test, and implement improvements, with a focus on messaging, pricing, and user experience
  • Ensure our customers reach their 'AHA' moments quickly, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Utilize analytics tools to effectively measure and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and LTV amongst other key metrics
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, development, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless communication of plans and projects
  • Lead, nurture, and empower a team of growth marketers, fostering their professional growth

What You’ll Bring

  • Managed $10M+/year in ad spend 
  • Experience in retail, CPG, fashion lifestyle is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
  • Demonstrable track record of influencing and delivering growth across multiple channels
  • A data-driven mindset and proficiency in analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Mixpanel, with the ability to interpret data into actionable programs to meet company goals
  • Hands-on growth marketing expert with expertise in platform media buying and creative development
  • Proven leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or an individual who has been the sole driver of growth at their previous company and is now seeking their first managerial role
  • Previous leadership experience in hiring, managing, and developing a team of at least 5 or more
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working across senior-level stakeholders
  • Committed to putting the member and member experience first when accomplishing company goals

The expected base salary range for this position is $180-200K, + bonus. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits.Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
