Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will manage the Quality Inspection process for Fischer Homes at set stages throughout the construction process. These skills will be used to:

  • Inspect homes during construction to ensure that finished homes are delivered within prescribed Fischer Homes' standards.
  • Review requirements within communities to ensure compliance with governing requirements.
  • Anticipate potential problems relating to construction process issues such as scope of work and subcontractor performance.
  • Ensure that any noticeable safety infractions and/or violations on the job site are reported.
  • Assist in the delivery of training related to construction, construction and safety.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Construction.
  • Experience working in Excel.
