As our Manager of Delivery Platforms and Processes, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the strategic direction and operational workflows of our Delivery Systems. Operating within our broader Customer Care & Ops Delivery Team, you'll spearhead initiatives aimed at streamlining operations, leveraging automation, and enhancing tooling to elevate our customer and external partner experience. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying and seizing upon our most impactful opportunities, ensuring that our processes and features are finely tuned to support our teams effectively. You will serve as a trusted advisor to various cross-functional teams and leaders, guiding their understanding of delivery , and you will champion operational excellence and advocate for an optimal delivery experience for all stakeholders. What You'll Do: 

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to comprehensively analyze the design and effectiveness of our current Delivery-related systems and processes, identifying areas of opportunities for enhancement.
  • Maintain a strategic roadmap of improvement opportunities, prioritizing them based on their potential impact. This involves scoping projects and solutions, as well as constructing compelling business cases that articulate the anticipated ROI for each opportunity.  
  • Lead the execution of improvement initiatives and the implementation of new solutions, ensuring planning for change management across teams, as required.  
  • Serve as the primary administrator for delivery tooling, overseeing their utilization and scaling their implementation within the team.
  • Continuously monitor and adapt existing processes as necessary to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to gather and validate delivery data, ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful information from large datasets and proactively identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Lead a small team, effectively and transparently provide coaching and development opportunities for your direct reports on their own growth and holding the team accountable to execution-oriented objectives.

What You Have

  • 3-5 years of operations experience within a tech startup environment. 
  • 1-2 years of experience directly managing a team.
  • Ideally has experience with Zendesk, collaboration tools such as Confluence, Monday, or Figma, and Tableau or Sigma for data analysis and reporting.
  • You’re excited to solve problems in innovative ways. 
  • You’re comfortable getting the weeds and operating at the lowest level of detail, but you are also comfortable thinking strategically, with an eye toward long-term growth and scale.
  • You’re highly collaborative and adept at leading and influencing cross-functional teams effectively, including internal teams and cross-functional leaders.
  • You’re self-motivated, you have an  “own it and figure it out” mentality.
  • You have exceptional written and interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to be highly organized. 
  • You have strong business acumen and proven strategic, analytical and creative abilities.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
