EyeCare Partners is looking for an individual inspired by challenge and the chance to make a difference.  The IT User Administrator is responsible for managing user access requests and approval workflows with an eye toward security and process development.  This position focuses on continual improvement and reinvention of current manual procedures, so there is potential for role expansion. The individual in this role would benefit from a technical understanding of Active Directory, access security knowledge, experience providing software/hardware access and/or familiarity tracking software.     

Essential Responsibilities

  • Gather, track, verify and enter data
  • Grant and remove access to technical applications, including medical credentialing software
  • Set up and remove accounts within an Active Directory (AD) hierarchy
  • Collaborate with IT groups and Human Resources to develop processes and workflows for efficient, secure and accurate IT onboarding/offboarding
  • Track software and accesses assigned to individuals
  • Partner with Security to audit accesses and secure proper approvals
  • Assist with hardware access, removal and tracking
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Document process and procedures
  • Create self-service guides for end users

 Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years technical experience (e.g., active directory, software asset management, user access, IT support) preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Ceridian (DayForce) or similar Human Resource tool preferred
  • ITIL background or certification preferred
  • Technical or security experience in medical industry preferred
