We are looking for a knowledgeable full-time Account Manager to join our team who
possesses a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication skills, is dependable and
able to work independently. Our vision company is located in Mesa, Arizona.

You will be the main point of contact for small to large size groups providing account
management and retention. Serving as primary contact. Managing client relationships and day to
day operations. Acts as client advocate and liaison, visiting larger clients on a quarterly basis.

Assists brokers with product information and group placement.  Coordinates all new group
implementation and electronic set up.   Monitors and provides monthly renewal information on a
timely basis, intake client/ broker calls and emails and resolves all issues promptly.  Works
directly with brokers, members, and management personnel to provide positive outcomes.

Daily administrative responsibilities include:   monitoring all related group activities, enrollment,
termination and changes, resolve billing issues, processes ID cards and request for proposals
preparation including competitive analysis.  Completes group contracts, 5500 documentation,
manages and conducts enrollment meetings and presentations.  Provides employee
communication materials for open enrollment process. Ordering of office supplies and sends out
weekly overnight packages. Records patient surveys and disperses the findings to the
appropriate people.

Other administrative tasks as needed.

Assists the billing team with claims, member enrollments, and database maintenance.

Requirements: Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must enjoy sales, marketing
and working with the public. This position will require a team player who has a “can do”
attitude. Must be able to get their insurance license within 90 days. Must enjoy working with
brokers, clients, and members on a daily basis.
