Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative at Extrity Services, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and building meaningful relationships across industries such as hospitals, hotels, dispensaries, schools, luxury retailers, and residential condominiums. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our company, delivering unparalleled security solutions while upholding our core values of professionalism and integrity. This position is remote within the Nashville area and 100% commission-based to start with uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Generate new business leads using Seamless AI and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Track and manage all sales activities in HubSpot CRM.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential clients within a 30-day sales cycle.
  • Implement the company’s Follow-Up Strategy, which includes touchpoints like handwritten letters, value-add emails, direct mail, and phone calls, sending crime statistic infographics, etc.
  • Attend monthly travel engagements to meet and engage with prospective clients.
  • Promote de-escalation seminars alongside security services to diversify offerings.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth client onboarding processes.
  • Achieve a monthly goal of creating at least 20 opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to build rapport, assess client needs, and close deals.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication using Slack and other team tools.
  • Develop a curated "Hot List" of high-potential leads for targeted follow-ups.
  • Create and share custom value-add content such as case studies, crime stats reports, and industry-specific materials.
  • Provide performance metrics and insights to management for process improvement.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on market feedback and track engagement metrics.
  • Build and maintain a network of leads within target industries.

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in professional services or the security field (strongly preferred).
  • Experience closing deals of all sizes. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Independent work ethic combined with a team-first mindset.
  • Adaptability to evolving market trends and feedback.
  • A strong network in target industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field (preferred).

Pay-Scale Example Based on Revenue Generation:

  • $0 to $310k is 100% commission-based (up to $78k earning potential)
  • $310k to $600k RevGen = $27,500 base plus uncapped commission (up to $150k earning potential)
  • $600k to $1mil is $40k base plus uncapped commission (up to $250k earning potential)
