About this role

We are looking for an experienced digital platform manager/product owner to empower our users, by delivering industry-leading self-help content across all our digital touch points. In this role you will:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap to continually improve functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and share your expertise to drive solutions.
  • Lead a small team of highly skilled writers, testers, and designers (UX designers for interface elements and graphic designers for images) to translate technical requirements into intuitive content for our support website, in-app help, and social channels.
  • Use data and research to derive insights and actions to ensure improved performance, increased user satisfaction, and our place as an industry leader.
