About the role:

We have a very ambitious growth plan of doubling the size of our company in 2021 and as a Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for scaling our sourcing efforts by reducing our cost per hire, time to fill, and the number of interviews it takes to make a hire. The ideal candidate will be a team player who possesses a positive working attitude and a strong motivation to contribute to ExpressVPN’s growth. 

Your responsibilities will fall under three key areas:

Sourcing:

  • Understanding the hiring requirements of individual job openings and sourcing relevant candidates through a variety of channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, personal networks, referrals, and paid advertising like Google Ads
  • Creating and executing sourcing strategies to ensure strong pipelines of candidates are always available

Drive recruitment process:

  • Maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure necessary information is shared throughout the process
  • Ensuring data accuracy in our ATS

Create an excellent candidate experience:

  • Responding to candidate applications within team SLAs
  • Providing reasonable feedback in a timely manner to keep candidates engaged
  • Leaving candidates with a positive impression of the company, no matter the end result

To succeed in this role, we’d love for you to have the following experience and qualities:

  • At least two years of relevant sourcing/recruitment experience: You’ve done both high-volume and niche sourcing, in corporate and/or recruiting agency environments 
  • You’ve managed sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key engineering and product talent across all levels
  • You have a solid grasp of technical skill sets to meaningfully engage with candidates  
  • You’re well versed in the tools required to find and engage with talent ( Boolean search techniques, applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, etc.)
  • You are highly motivated, energetic, and a quick learner
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and can adapt to changes on the fly
  •  
  • You are driven team player who is self-motivated, meticulous, and able to work independently in a proactive manner

Nice-to-have(s)

  • An ability to proactively network and establish strong relationships with candidates
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action
  • Industry knowledge and insights to advise recruiters and hiring partners alike
