What you’ll be doing

As an SEM specialist, you will take on many responsibilities, including:

  • Growing our PPC activity across multiple PPC platforms and ensure the sales funnels and content are optimized.
  • Planing, creating, managing, and optimizing performance-based PPC campaigns.
  • Producing daily/weekly/monthly PPC activity reports with actionable analysis.
  • Analyzing and optimize campaigns daily.
  • Researching the latest tools, techniques, and features in paid online marketing.
  • A/B testing ad copy, creative types, retargeting, bid automation, and more.
  • Ensuring our ads are engaging and consistent with our overall marketing message and tone of voice.

Skills you’ll need for this role

  • Experience in either Search Engine Marketing (SEM) or social media paid advertising. 
  • Strong command of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can ask the right questions and dig into an issue to understand it.
  • Great at handling competing priorities and communicating to stakeholders.

Nice skills to have, but not required 

To make your onboarding faster, it would be nice if you also have:

  • A strong understanding of statistics.
  • Experience in AdWords and Bing certification.
