As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping design culture at Explo and ensuring we build a beautiful, useable product that creates impact for our customers.
What you will do:
- End-to-end product design: user research, ideation, prototyping, high fidelity mocking, and hand-off / iteration.
- Gathering input from and collaborate with all functions in the organization to ensure we are building the right products, from PMs to engineers to sales to customer success.
- Establishing design culture and best practices from the ground up.
- Talking with users during all phases of the product development life cycle - from early user research in the ideation phase to feedback conversations after projects have been launched.
- Iteratively improving our product’s usability and delightfulness.
- Shipping valuable and high-quality work without sacrificing speed.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years experience as a product designer
- Interest or experience in design data-heavy interfaces and no-code experiences
- Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering
- A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process
- Proficiency with Figma, Notion
