We have big plans for 2019, and are looking to expand our talented, high potential, & creative team to take our revolutionary new product to the next level.

We are looking for a self-motivated, data-driven Marketing Manager to be hands on with the INWEGO’s website, mobile app and marketing analytics -- including (but not limited to) conversion rate optimization, SEO, A/B testing, CMS management and more. He/she will work closely with the Marketing team, Product Manager and Engineering team.

 

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING

  • Drive customer conversion and retention through INWEGO’s website and mobile app
  • Own INWEGO.com’s strategic direction and tactical next steps, working closely with Web Developer and Product Manager to execute
  • Manage all website content via our WordPress CMS
  • Provide copy recommendations and oversight for our mobile app
  • A/B test copy and imagery on INWEGO’s website and app (currently using Taplytics)
  • Establish and implement an SEO strategy across our website
  • Develop and deliver weekly and monthly marketing reports via Tableau and/or Indicative with the support of the Data team, providing data-driven recommendations and insights
  • Implement process for monitoring marketing analytics accuracy, and troubleshoot any issues (currently using Segment, AppsFlyer and Google Analytics)
  • Collaborate with other Marketing Managers (Paid Media & Owned Channels) to roll out new programs and optimize cross-channel efforts
  • Lead marketing portion of the QA process across our website and mobile app
  • Own vendor relationships for marketing tools being used for web, testing and reporting
  • Ideate, test and measure new marketing ideas 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Business or other related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or account management
  • Background in B2C digital marketing, including web and reporting experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes undefined, working environment
  • Detail-oriented, thorough and organized
  • Proficiency in Excel and Keynote
