As mentioned, Exfluency™ is building a community of linguists and bilingual subject matter experts for a leading organisation in the healthcare sector and we'd like to onboard you. By combining the knowledge of Subject Matter Experts with the linguistic competencies of linguists we can deliver high quality translations to our clients. Allow us to tell you a bit more about what we're doing and how it works.
Working with Exfluency
We have teamed up with one of the leading companies within health information technology and clinical research. For this collaboration we are looking for Subject Matter Experts who can use their expertise from the healthcare sector to review and improve text that has been automatically translated by the blockchain-enabled Exfluency system. You will work in our simple-to-use monolingual editor enhancing the target text and through your work in the editor, you will build an immutable reputation through Trust Chain™. Your Trust Chain™ is the sum of each score (rating) you get per project across your language combinations.
What is it like, working with Exfluency? We asked one of our members, Oksana this:
“Exfluency is very much alive and interactive,” says Oksana. “When I finish one project, and then two weeks after I take on a new project, I can see that those improvements that I made previously, they’re already shown in the database. So, in a sense, I’m one of the people who is teaching the Exfluency AI a new language – and making new translations better. That’s an interesting concept for me.”

Our client requires you to be a native or near-native speaker in the target language, so please consider this when adding your language pairs below. Please see the near-native requirements here:
- The majority of your daily assignments must be into the target language. (Example: If you add Serbian-English as a language pair, the majority of your translation assignments must be into English to be considered near-native, if your mother tongue is not English)
