Job Function:

As the Team Hennessy Account Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations and programming strategies, executing on behalf of Hennessy and maintaining strong client relationships. This multifaceted position requires a blend of financial acumen, social media savvy, event coordination, and cultural awareness to effectively meet the diverse needs of our clients. We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing unparalleled client service. The Team Hennessy Account Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including daily operations support, performance tracking, CRM database management, and more. This person will be a key member of the team and provides tremendous growth potential. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment, as well as forward-thinking, creative, and committed to excellence.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
    • Provides administrative support for Team Hennessy Director which includes, but is not limited to, the following: coordinate and manage schedules, updates contacts on the client and agency side, and other duties as needed.
    • Create meeting agendas, internal and external meeting cadences, and meeting recaps.
    • Leads internal collaboration and delegation of team deliverables.
    • Responsible for entering, updating and tracking Team Hennessy activation activity.
    • Provides timely submission of calendar and reports as directed.
    • Creation of reports on progress as well as post-activity reporting per MHUSA approved templates and timelines.
    • Creation of monthly program recap and event recaps with KPIs: consumer data, social media metrics and key learnings.
  • Creative Thinking
    • Collaborate with the team to develop creative programming strategies that align with brand objectives and audience interests.
    • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the impact and effectiveness of our programming initiatives.
  • Social Media
    • Support the development and execution of social media strategies.
    • Create engaging content concepts, including copywriting, aligned with client objectives and brand voice.
    • Monitor Team Hennessy social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Cultural Awareness
    • Stay informed about cultural trends and integrate cultural insights into client strategies and communications to resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in budget management and financial tracking for client projects.
    • Monitor project expenses and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgets.
    • Ensure Team Hennessy’s accurate and timely submission of monthly expenses in line with the Company’s T&E policy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in finance, budget management, or social media marketing.
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience with budget tracking
  • Must be able to build relationships, genuine connections and trust both internally and externally; Must be proactive and possess strong organization and prioritization skills;
  • Must have a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
  • Must be proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly in all the various modes (verbal, written, text, etc.);
  • Must be results and bottom-line oriented yet will possess sensitivity towards people and values;
  • Must have exceptional time-management skills and be able to execute tasks and responsibilities in an ever-changing environment;
  • Must be able to operate with discretion and confidentiality;
  • Must be a flexible and reliable team player internally and externally; with the ability and willingness to work nontraditional hours, including nights and weekends
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, both domestically and occasionally internationally

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
