Demo Corp is looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a track record of success in fast growing software companies to help increase both speed and quality of hires.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a team of sales and technical recruiters, sourcers and coordinators – ensuring they are being developed and challenged while delivering high quality candidates to Hiring Managers
- Provide direction and consultation to the management team on strategic and emerging staffing trends
- Ensure that the recruiting function is capable and well aligned with the vision and goals of the organization
- Build a data-driven recruiting organization, including analytics that provide insight and decision support
- Manage employer branding, posting optimization, and innovative candidate sourcing strategies
- Deliver optimal interview skills training across the company to ensure we hire the best fit
- Develop and implement workforce plans, forecasting capabilities and a talent pipeline strategy
- Grow our university recruiting and internship programs
- Lead diversity recruiting initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of talent acquisition and management experience, particularly building a high functioning talent acquisition team
- 3+ years of experience devising and leading talent strategy in a fast-growth tech environment
- Experience creating a healthy employment brand leveraging social media, marketing and other platform
- Excited about data and metrics, and experience creating and managing a context of recruiting effectiveness data
- Results-oriented and a self-starter who enjoys getting stuff done with minimal support and direction
- Experience with social media campaigns and savvy internet research efforts
- Strong experience in workforce planning, forecasting and developing ensuring appropriate resource plans for the recruiting function
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- BS, BA (or equivalent) - MBA/advanced degree is a plus
