Will work with business and IT stakeholders to define the scope and shape of the to-be solution. Leading the identification, configuring and documentation of business requirements, working with technical teams to determine feasible solution options. Will then lead the business analysis activities for your workstream through to delivery. 

Requirements:
Experience as a BA in investment banking/capital markets 
Background in working with Findur/Endur
Communication skills with the ability to articulate technical requirements to Users and Stakeholders
Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Competency in assisting with technical specification documents and unit testing plans
Capability to work in a collaborative team environment. 
Ability to create Test Script for UAT
Proficiency in driving UAT process
Skills in MS Office, Visio

Mandatory Qualifications 
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a directly related IT field
● 5+ years’ background in Business Analysis and Software Implementation
● 3+ years direct experience working with Endur/Findur in designing, configuring, and testing for Openlink/ION solution in client environments.
● Experitise in working with at least one SQL statements such as PL SQL, TL SQL.

What you will bring 

Business Analysis / Project Delivery Experience 
● Track record of end-to-end project lifecycle delivery
● Experience in shaping processes and solutions, including capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements
● Leadership, sound analytical skills and change management capabilities,

● Demonstratable stakeholder management skills, working with stakeholders at different levels in the organization and confidant providing legitimate challenge 
● Experience performing a quality assurance role on workstream deliverables

● Experience working in Agile project delivery 

Trading Experience 
Experience in trading markets, with a strong understanding of the following markets considered an advantage:
● North America, European, and/or Environmental products
A working knowledge of different trading instruments, including:
● OTC transactions - Including forwards, swaps, and simple options
● Exchange traded futures & options lifecycle including cascading
Detailed knowledge of at least one of the following functional areas:
● Trade capture - complex deal modelling and pricing
● Market Risk
● Risk Valuation
● Back-Office & Accounting processes 
● Migrating between ETRM systems
As a BA you should have SME knowledge of either one the commodities or one of the functional areas detailed above to allow you to lead the workstream.
Endur/Findur skills are considered for this opportunity and a hands-on configuration experience of vendor(Openlink/ION) applications is also considered.

Responsibilities:

Be a leader; plan and organize BA activities on the project
Work directly with customers (different levels, not only PO) and architects
Perform requirements elicitation and analysis
Do functional decomposition
Write user stories with acceptance criteria (low-level requirements)
Create wireframes
Maintain product backlog to include new or revised requirements and backlog items, prioritization, and reporting
Refine stories with the team
Participate in planning and preparation of estimates
