Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 per year plus uncapped commission (This will be based on experience level and individual production)

Role Overview:

Exactera is a pre-IPO FinTech SaaS company looking for talented individuals to help propel our expansion. If you are an outgoing individual who likes to be part of a team and thrives in a fast-paced environmentthis is the position for you. 

Your primary responsibilities will be to make outbound calls, pitch our company and value proposition to prospects, and schedule appointments with them to hear more about our solutions.This role is an entry level sales position and successful team members will have the opportunity to move into more advanced sales roles.  Extensive sales training is provided. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Contact potential leads through outbound calling/telemarketing activities to set phone/web demo appointments for the sales team 
  • Online research to refine lead contacts  
  • Reignite unperformed previously set sales demos from past months 
  • Accurately enter all information into Salesforce CRM 
  • Meet monthly performance targets and required daily KPIs 

What You Will Need to Succeed:   

  • Excellent communication skills – outgoing, personable and energetic 
  • At least 2 successful years of SDR/BDR experience
  • Ability to build a rapport with prospects over the phone – you have the gift of the gab 
  • Must be a competitive, ambitious and self-motivated individual with a hunger to succeed  
  • Receptive to feedback and coachable 
  • Resilient and possess the grit and determination to power through objections 
  • Ability to achieve monthly productivity goals
