The Account Development Representative position provides a high level of impact to drive net new business for the organization by building relationships, navigating prospect organizations and clearly communicating the value of Exabeam.
This is a US remote role.
Responsibilities:
Drive lead generation and build pipeline by setting meetings with key decision makers
Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound cold calls per day
Research and identify target Accounts leveraging various data sources
Successfully manage and overcome objections
Follow successful processes
Identify innovative outbound campaigns and programs with Sales and Marketing teams
Meet and exceed your defined quota per month
Requirements:
Must be a self starter and proficient at working independently and remotely
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
Collaborative and coachable mindset
Experience in outbound prospecting
Excellent time and territory management
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
Must have a high level of energy that translates to colleagues and customers
Experience in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and intent data tools

Base Pay Range:
$52,000 - $65,500
Range is reflective of base pay only
Does not include variable pay
Base pay is dependent on experience and may vary based on geography
