Exabeam is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the APJ Customer Success team. We're looking for a security professional that will provide technical enablement and act as trusted Technical Advisor for in-depth Exabeam functionality / customizations for our customers & partners, ensuring successful adoption, usage & growth.

You will be asked to go onsite with customers & partners, therefore we are in need of someone located in Singapore, but also willing to travel to other South-East Asian countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with clients at various level
  • Help support our partners with technical enablement and applying best practices to their customers. 
  • Be the trusted advisor ensuring our clients are receiving the full value for all Exabeam products and driving best practice usage
  • Provide consultation on how our clients can leverage Exabeam within their Security Operations and drive adoption of our technology
  • Provide guidance on use case implementation based your client’s security posture and top risks
  • Be the liaison for our internal support teams who interface with support engineers, product managers and our internal engineering department
  • Provide monthly service updates to review product health and successful detection, investigation and proactive hunting capabilities
  • Work with your CSM to hold regular Business Reviews to drive product health and successful detection, investigation and proactive hunting capabilities
  • Develop a strong relationship with the post sales customer success manager and provide expert guidance on expansion opportunities 
  • Consult with c-level Security Operations Leaders (CISO, CSO, SOC Directors, etc.) 

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years in a customer facing or consulting role
  • 3+ years of experience in a Cyber Security role, with a solid understanding of industry process & technologies (SIEM, Endpoint, Security logs, etc)
  • Proficiency with Linux CLI
  • Creative and a critical thinker, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment and sophisticated cyber-security products with frequent product releases and updates
  • Highly developed, process-oriented skills for troubleshooting, problem solving, and problem resolution

Nice to Have:

  • Programming/Scripting experience (JSON, HOCON, Python, Java) preferred
  • Experience working with or for MSP’s
  • 2+ years of TAM experience
  • Experience working for a global company
  • Ability to speak Mandarin
