What will you do?
As our Senior Business Analyst, you're pivotal to delivering EVYD’s future success. You’ll collaborate directly with customers, project managers, and development teams to transform concepts into solutions for better health. Lead, mentor, and inspire junior analysts as you navigate the landscape of health tech innovation.
This role reports to our Operations Director and is based in Brunei.
Your key responsibilities include:

Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers to clearly define and document their needs and constraints. This includes front-end functionalities and back-end data processes.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on functional requirements, specifications, and design.

Manage change tickets across projects, ensuring smooth documentation and implementation.

Improve business analysis processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Foster strong relationships with Project and Product Management teams, ensuring alignment with development goals.
Travel requirements
You may need to travel up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

3 - 5 years’ experience in a Project Management or Business Analyst role.

Bachelor’s degree (or above) in related field. PMP or IIBA certifications are a plus.

Ability to speak, read and write good English is essential, in Malay is a plus.
