What will you do?
As a Senior Health Coach, you will help our end-users manage their health and achieve better outcomes. You will also be responsible for supervising our junior health coaches in Brunei to leverage technology to provide personalized guidance.
This role reports to our Direction of Operations and will be based either in Brunei, Singapore, or Malaysia.
Your key responsibilities include:

Create personalized health plans and lifestyle modifications for patients enrolled in diabetics health management program.

Work on various health management initiatives, consult patients offline and onsite.

Work with internal and external stakeholders for various health management program.

Design and deliver training programs for junior health coaches. This includes teaching them about diabetes management, coaching techniques, and the use of technology platforms.

May work with data analytics tools to track and analyze patient data, helping to identify trends and insights that can inform care plans and interventions.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in diabetes management, treatment options and health coaching best practices for providing effective care.
Travel requirements
Some travel to our places of business to work on events and with local teams is required if candidate is based in Singapore or Malaysia.

Base technical requirements

Familiar with using technology to provide care, including wearable devices, and web-based operating systems.

Be culturally sensitive and able to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds, understanding their unique challenges and needs.
Requirements:

At least five (5) years’ experience working in a healthcare and/or clinical setting, with at least 5 years’ experience of independent practice. Experience working in the health tech industry or in research is a plus.

Experience supervising junior health coaches is a must.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in dietetics or equivalent degree, must be a licensed dietitian with respective certifying board for jurisdiction.
As part of the hiring process, we will need to gather necessary documents to assess your eligibility to be registered under the Allied Health Professional Council of Brunei Darussalam.
