What will you do?
As a Behavioral Science Consultant with EVYD, you will research and consult on psychological frameworks and behavioral science theories for our products and services.
This is a part-time role that will work with our Medical Director and Head of Medical. It may be based remotely.
Possible scope:

Consult on knowledge repositories, nudge and health libraries, labels, incentives, and recommendations that integrate the behavioral science and health domains.

Develop and refine a behavioral science framework to apply in the healthcare and health promotion domains, with the goal of engaging our users. This will draw on literature reviews, behavioral science theories, clinical experience, and research.

Support and guide the crafting of medical intelligence solutions that incorporate medical know-how, psychological and behavioral science theories in human engagement.

Work with data scientists and analysts to define appropriate metrics, design, and implement tests (e.g. A/B testing) in our products to assess the effectiveness of our user engagement methods; and incorporate data science elements into EVYD’s products, including product localization.

Contribute to the development of white papers, thought leadership articles, and other materials.
What do you need for this role?
Skills

In-depth knowledge of central concepts in behavioral science, with knowledge of statistics.
Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD in Economics, Behavioural Economics, Psychology, or Sociology.
- At least five years’ working experience in behavioural interventions and/or Psychology (Experience of working in the healthcare, HealthTech, or Health Informatics sector is an advantage.)
