Why this role

As a manager on the Vacation Rental Advisor Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales reps varying in experience and tenure. This team will range in size between 6-15 individuals.  You will have a wide span of responsibilities, from coaching at an individual level to running team activities and monitoring metrics along the way.  You will be challenged to elevate the team’s sign-up and activation numbers and bring a new approach to leadership.  You will have guidance from the Senior Sales Manager, but the freedom to lead the team in the best way possible to reach and exceed aggressive goals. 

Managers will be asked to not only perform a regular list of daily duties, but also to elevate their team to their highest potential. That means not only ensuring their measurable performance, but putting them on best career paths for future growth.  The best managers will go beyond the metrics and be dedicated to the mission of their team members feeling fulfilled in their role and motivated to be on a path of continuous development. 

Managers will be encouraged to share their perspectives and ideas with their fellow managers and across teams as well as being open to learning from their peers and leaders.  Creativity and forward thinking are critical aspects to this role. 

What you’ll do

  • Individual coaching including, but not limited to call reviews, metric reviews (call volume, lead conversion, pipeline creation, sign-ups, activations, etc.), identification of challenges/weaknesses, career and personal development guidance
  • Lead and create team meetings and huddles to enhance sales skills, keep team informed,  and improve processes
  • Maximize team and individual performance with regular reporting and measuring of various performance metrics through SalesForce and Sisense
  • Motivate and engage team throughout the day, week, and month through table touches, contests, outings, and being a constant source of positivity and optimism
  • Occasional sales involvement to assist team in closing deals
  • Collaborate with other teams and team leaders to drive improved performance and teammate experience

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of inside sales or relevant experience
  • 2+ years experience in managing or coaching 
  • Sales experience with Evolve is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage your time effectively
  • A forward-thinking, creative mindset geared towards developing new ideas to enhance your team’s capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be articulate and direct, both in a group setting and one on one

Compensation

For this role compensation is based on a base plus commission. Our base salary is $76,500-91,000 based on experience. This role is eligible to earn an uncapped monthly commission (with on target earnings of 60% of annual salary) based on team/ individual performance.

Location 

All Evolve team members must live in one of our approved locations by their first day. We can hire from anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
