As a Director of Strategic Partnerships at Evidation, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach within the healthcare and life science industries. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic deals that will revolutionize how health is measured and improved through data-driven insights from everyday life.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Engage directly with prospective clients in a strategic and consultative sales process to help them understand how Evidation’s products and experience enables transformational value.
- Generate, pursue, and win deals. Drive the sales cycle from lead generation through close. Work through deal considerations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and iterate through options, proposals, pricing, and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and ongoing value generation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of experience working with or for life sciences companies, with a higher emphasis placed on customer-facing roles with leading global biopharmaceutical firms
- Proven track record of success in sales within the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Preferred:
- Advanced degree (eg, MBA, MS)
- Strategy background with experience in using high value, consultative business development approaches and managing customer relationships
- Startup experience

The US base hiring range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $170,0000 + commission + equity + benefits. The actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including work location, experience, training, and skill level, so pay for this role may be higher or lower than what is shown on this posting.
