Evidation Health is a new kind of health and measurement company that provides the technology and guidance to understand how everyday behavior and health interact. The volumes of behavior data generated from wearables and smartphones has opened up new ways to analyze individuals’ behavior and health in real time. With a virtual pool of 3 million research participants, Evidation Health undertakes research for innovative biopharma and health care companies to transform how diseases are identified, treated, and monitored.

The Director of Engineering, Clinical Research Platform works closely with the product and delivery teams to build, deploy, monitor, and maintain a high quality study platform infrastructure that hosts multiple clinical trial study deployments in a multi-tenant, HIPAA-compliant environment.  Each study navigates participants through a tightly controlled experience, as governed by its corresponding study design protocol. The system supports enrollment qualification/disqualification, branching logic, regulated messaging via email and SMS, survey administration, clinician interaction, integration with 3rd party services, wearable and medical record data ingest, routing and secure storage.  The system also supports compensation rules, compliance monitoring and participant experience reporting.

If you have a passion for technology, excel in leading high-performing teams, and want to lead a team in building a platform that is accelerating ways to discover medical treatments by engaging participants in real-word evidential trials, we would love to hear from you!

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Because we do business with the government, we must reach out to, hire, and provide equal opportunity to qualified people with disabilities1. To help us measure how well we are doing, we are asking you to tell us if you have a disability or if you ever had a disability. Completing this form is voluntary, but we hope that you will choose to fill it out. If you are applying for a job, any answer you give will be kept private and will not be used against you in any way.

If you already work for us, your answer will not be used against you in any way. Because a person may become disabled at any time, we are required to ask all of our employees to update their information every five years. You may voluntarily self-identify as having a disability on this form without fear of any punishment because you did not identify as having a disability earlier.

How do I know if I have a disability?
