The Client Engagement Manager at Evidation Health is responsible for ensuring that Evidation delivers strategic value throughout the post-sales phases of the project lifecycle and serves as the project lead for every contracted engagement in his/her assigned accounts and projects.  The Client Engagement Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders at Evidation Health to ensure that offerings and deliverables stay aligned with the clients’ strategic objectives and business needs.


  • Serve as the face of Evidation Health to our clients and accounts, comprised of Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies, large national payers, and other healthcare organizations
  • Drive complex decision-making and accountability across many external and internal parties
  • Accountable for the delivery of value to the business and executive client stakeholders on the portfolio of projects that he/she leads
  • Act as a facilitator to coordinate cross-functional teams (within Evidation and client side)
  • Direct the activities of assigned Client Engagement Associates to drive project-related cross functional collaboration
  • Meet with the Principal on assigned account regularly to:
    • Review project portfolio status
    • Assess and manage client satisfaction
    • Escalate and resolve issues on your projects
    • Monitor processes and recommend cross project improvements to promote internal efficiencies
    • Identify opportunities to promote the value of Evidation partnership to the client
  • Identify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and relay to account Principal and/or the Partner Success Team
  • Maintain and update relevant internal process and external client-facing documentation on his/her accounts
  • Up to 25% travel may be required


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS
  • 5+ years of account management, client engagement, or consulting experience in healthcare
  • Demonstrated experience in building Director and above level relationships and engaging internal and external leadership in project planning and delivery activities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong team player with proven ability to lead through influence
  • Experience developing and deploying new processes for effective scaling

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced clinical degree
  • Experience with pharmaceutical, digital health, or payer markets
  • Start-up experience
