Everlaw is looking for an experienced Senior Product Lead to join our Product Team as a key player in shaping Everlaw’s future, you’ll define strategic product roadmaps and engage proactively in product development, partnering with executive stakeholders to bring high-impact products to life.
As a Senior Product Lead, you’ll oversee critical initiatives that require close alignment with Everlaw’s mission and our users' evolving needs. This role requires strong collaboration with our design, data science, and engineering teams to guide high-value products from concept through execution.

In your role, you'll...
- Define and recommend the roadmap for AI-driven initiatives in LLMs, RAG, and document corpus Q&A, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving market trends.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to bring impactful, user-focused features to market.
- Partner with customers to drive engagement and source feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Engage proactively with executive stakeholders, aligning product initiatives with company vision and strategic objectives.
- Lead iterative development of solutions for law firms, corporate legal teams, and government organizations, focusing on user problems and innovative solutions.
- Work closely with go-to-market teams on initiatives, from defining value propositions to coordinating product launches and incorporating user feedback.
- Apply user research, testing, and documentation skills, contributing to team-wide design discussions to enhance product and process.
About you
- You have 8 years of experience building technology products, including 5+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally in B2B or AI-driven fields.
- You have experience launching products that incorporate technologies like LLMs, RAG, and machine learning.
- You’re skilled at engaging executive stakeholders, peer product managers, and engineering teams with strong written and verbal communication that influences and inspires.
- You are a critical thinker and proactive problem solver with strong initiative and adaptability in process-driven development environments.
- You’re a collaborative teammate who thrives on giving and receiving thoughtful feedback on product work.
- You have experience leading customer interviews and synthesizing insights to inform product requirements.
Pluses
- Experience with AI-powered workflow or analytics tools.
- Knowledge of litigation and eDiscovery workflows.
- You have substantial technical expertise with LLM and RAG technologies that you acquired via coursework or in a product/engineering role.
- Familiarity with data analysis platforms like Heap, Looker, or similar tools for product insights and decision-making.
