The Photo team is a small but mighty outfit dedicated to synthesizing Everlane’s mission and assortment in a cohesive visual output across e-commerce and editorial photography. The team is made up of photographers, art directors, stylists, producers, and post-production specialists. We work collaboratively to create assets that span all channels, inclusive of our website, social, paid media and retail. Our team is on the front lines of evolving Everlane’s creative expression as the business scales to acquire new customers, while remaining true to our brand evangelists.
As the Sr. Photo Producer, you will manage photoshoot production and logistics within a small Production team. This role oversees and supports the development of all production details surrounding ecom imagery as well as supporting select studio and location shoots for editorial and social. You will be a key part of a fast-paced photo team ensuring all shoots are executed on-brief, on-time, and on-budget. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner with key stakeholders across Photography, Styling, Concept, Creative Project Management, Marketing and Social.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Los Angeles Creative Studio located in the Arts District. You will need to be on-site most days of the week.
This person will report to our Senior Manager - Photo & Video Operations.
Your day-to-day:
- Manage all aspects of production for e-commerce on-figure and product (flat lay) photography.
- Ensure that all photography is completed with time allocated for post-production to meet go-live deadlines.
- Manage all on-set production including organizing flow of shoot, crew assembly, ensuring accuracy with samples/styling with the Photo/Styling Coordinators
- Work within a fast-paced, highly-functional production team and collaborate with all members of the larger photo team.
- Anticipate and resolve issues, including last-minute changes due to talent or product availability
- Book all crew and manage crew invoices. Create call sheets and shot lists for shoot days and distribute them to the team.
- Pull samples for racks to ensure that the on-fig and flat-lay shoot days operate seamlessly.
- Communicate with cross-functional partners about any sample delays that may impact photo production and go-live dates for the site.
- Studio management: ensure the photo studio is always ready for shoot day and that all equipment and supplies are stocked for the team.
- Be the face of the photo studio: help coordinate any sample or studio requests cross-functionally. On-set support: join the photo team on set to help with any day of logistics and tasks.
- Own product knowledge: be the point person on any fit or product detail questions while the team is on set.
- Support key business initiatives by managing all aspects of a given project – from concept to pre-plan through actual shoot. Communicate these aspects cross-functionally throughout shoot planning.
- Professionally represent Everlane and work closely with third-party vendors such as photographers, agents, models, wardrobe stylists, prop stylists, hair and makeup artists, digital techs, etc.
- Support with research and scout needs of locations for photoshoots, including permits as necessary.
- Identify areas of opportunity within current processes to gain efficiency and improve overall workflow.
- Oversee sample coordination with the support of a Production Assistant and Stylist Assistant to track all photo samples..

- 5-7+ years experience working in a photo studio environment or in photo production
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong sense of time management, prioritization, and an ability to multitask.
- Skilled problem solver with a proactive approach to continuously improving systems and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize processes.
- Can-do attitude, bringing a positive energy and enthusiasm to set. Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Proficiency with software - Google Workspace tools (Google Calendar, Sheets, Gmail), AirTable, Creative Force and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

If you are a California Resident: At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is $76,000-$100,000. This range is based on the Los Angeles geographic area and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
