The influencer team at Everlane is responsible for driving the brand’s mission through strong narratives around our products and programs. The influencer team plays a critical role in shaping brand perception, driving relevance, and building partnerships with key influencers in our target audience. This team not only ensures that as a brand our position is innovative and fresh but that we’re constantly generating brand awareness.

As the Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing, you will be a leader in our brand's influencer engagement efforts. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute cutting-edge influencer marketing strategies that amplify our brand presence, drive impactful sales results, and foster deep community ties across digital landscapes.

 

Your day-to-day:

  • Strategy Development: develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that support overall marketing objectives and brand initiatives while retaining channel profitability. You will lead day-to-day oversight for Everlane’s Influencer Marketing program by planning, driving, and executing Everlane’s strategy for engaging with content creators to bring product launches and initiatives to life.
  • Oversee the creation of campaign briefs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Plan, source, and execute all commissioned influencer partnerships, to support social reach and engagement across owned and earned social channels and to drive brand interest and organic search. Partner closely with the social and e-commerce teams to support their growth goals.
  • Scout and cultivate partnerships with influencers who embody our ethos and can authentically engage with our core demographic.
  • Communication: owns all communication across 100s of influencers / partners and our marketing / brand team to make sure everyone is aligned on every campaign.
  • Contract Negotiations: efficiently and effectively negotiate all influencer contracts in a manner that is scalable and in a manner that ensures the influencer / partner we're working with has a great experience from activation to exit.  Must possess a track record demonstrating nuanced negotiation acumen.
  • Manage external partners and agencies involved in executing short and long-term influencer campaigns.
  • Utilizing both external and internal influencer tools in researching and scaling multi-tiered influencers as well as researching new influencers.
  • Prepares overarching short and long-term goals for all Influencer Marketing programs.
  • Manages content, optimization, reporting/analytics (including defining and tracking ongoing quantitative and qualitative results), relationships, content development, and updates to Influencer Marketing programs.
  • Remain at the forefront of influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms; share knowledge on industry best practices internally by preparing quarterly trend reports summarizing key changes in the spaces of content creators and content creation, highlighting any adjustments or recommendations to our approach.

 

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, while still operating calmly in high pressure and/or short-deadline situations.
  • Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for the brand.
  • A passion for being highly engaged in the fashion world; continually up on the latest trends in the industry to drive ideas for Everlane.
  • Working knowledge/experience within celebrity/influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solver, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Experience with influencer analytics and tools to measure performance and ROI.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. 

 

Fine Print:

If you are in California:  At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $130,000 annually. This range is based on the Los Angeles geographic area and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
