The international team is responsible for our business strategy and operations outside the US. Our brand is available to customers in over 150 countries and in 80 currencies via our global site everlane.com. We work cross-functionally to drive international sales growth by improving the international customer experience, increasing brand awareness, and managing business operations. We view the diversity of our team, its worldview perspective and experience as key to recognizing and addressing the myriad needs and expectations of our global customer base. The team owns the following goals: (a) define growth strategies for International markets, (b) increase and retain our International customer base, (c) improve the Int’l online experience by making it feel more local / at par with the US, (d) manage operational while improving service quality.

The International (Int’l) Growth Manager is a newly created full-time position reporting directly to our International GM. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a doer, someone that can see both the forest and the trees and manage effectively multiple initiatives at once. 

Working in partnership with our brand, paid marketing, retention, site merchandising, digital product development, data analytics and various other cross-functional partners, the Int’l Growth Manager is someone highly analytical, agile, capable of constantly aligning, building relationships, managing projects while negotiating for resources effectively. The aim is to increase Int’l traffic, drive consideration and activations and ultimately drive customer retention in our key growth Int’l markets (Canada, UK, Australia and Continental Europe) . We are looking for someone with a global mindset and passionate about taking the Everlane brand to the next level.

This role will start as a hybrid remote/in-person during the remainder of 2021. As of Jan 1, 2022, the expectation is that you will be based at our San Francisco office at least 3 days per week. This role reports to our GM of International. 



Your day-to-day:

  • Define the scope of multiple International growth opportunities by abstracting insights from a large datasets, following industry trends, consumer insights and customer feedback. 
  • Present such initiatives and negotiate for resources and prioritization with internal partners.
  • Source, evaluate, select and manage day to day relationships with International Marketing Agencies and other technology and business partners in key growth countries (e.g. Canada, UK, Australia, Continental Europe) and work internally to align such external partners with overall company strategy. 
  • Serve as sales channel lead, define and manage budgets and prioritize initiatives with internal Paid Marketing teams and external agencies to increase activations by executing campaigns through different channels (SEM, Social, Affiliate marketing), Influencer programs and in market Media relationships
  • Define requirements and lead campaign execution for International. 
  • Participate in commercial planning sessions, pre-season and in-season planning, holiday and sales and promotion events representing International interests and goals.
  • Work closely with our Digital content and site merchandising teams and execute day to day digital content updates as needed to support the localised site experience in multiple countries and currencies.
  • Identifies International conversion and retention opportunities to improve our global site experience for customers outside the US. 
  • Define and manage International content calendar to optimize for country specific sales trends in alignment with overall company content strategy

  • Project Manager by nature with a love to build relationships, communicating, negotiating and managing multiple initiatives at once.
  • Global mindset, curiosity to grow Everlane’s business outside the US. 
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and / or retail preferably with an International focus. 
  • Able to work on multiple projects and present solutions, options and recommendations to leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to dive deep into numbers and data, build forecasting and growth models.
  • Deep understanding and experience with ecommerce platforms, digital marketing trends and channels.
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholder opinions and prioritize.
  • A passion for consumer centricity and for brand building. 
  • The agility to flex between day-to-day reactive work and long-term strategy work.
