NTT Data is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work onsite with our global client in Dallas, TX (hybrid). 


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Project management to support the high-level scope understanding, and provide inputs that will define the project’s approach, estimate effort and people to be engaged.
  • Work closely with teams to understand and to document the business processes, requirements and the enhancement requests related to repository system features and integration, ensuring it is following the global standardization.
  • Work closely with Project management to prepare testing plans, data and execute it, as well as prepare training material and lead training sessions to ensure a complete business solution is implemented to attend Business Requirement.
  • Work closely with the LMS product management and development teams to ensure the solution being designed being proposed fits the business needs; coordinate the LMS Release Application Management process – release documentation, features analysis impact, validation and communication.
  • Preparation of functional requirements that will deliver enhancements to meet business needs.
  • Engage the experts to ensure the system configuration meets the business needs.
  • Participating in the definition, evaluation, development, testing, training and deployment of new system functionalities to the network.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support LMS application system features –Epics/Features/User Stories.
  • Collaborate with the management team to continually improve the quality of system implementation processes.
  • Engage the support team during the project aiming to ensure a smooth transition from project to run.
  • Engage with multiple levels of organization and multiple levels of customer organizations to ensure the business needs are addressed and aligned with the global standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or another related field
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Fluency in English is required, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Experience with business processes mapping, business requirement gathering and enhancement requests identification and documentation.
  • Experience with system training and functional system test case preparation, test data gathering and test execution, and leading user acceptance tests.
  • Demonstrate system implementation experience on large projects (multi-millions of initiatives).
  • Strong knowledge of standard Microsoft software applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Visio required.
  • Experience with SQL Language is required.
  • Experience with the following is a plus:
    • Jira
    • QlikSense, and Oracle, SAP ERP, SalesForce.com
    • Python, Java, C#, .NET, ASP, HTML
  • Lean 6 sigma certification is a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate expert proficiency in project management tools, as well as written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of working with complex system environments.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and communication skills in both business and IS environments
  • Excellent organizational, planning, judgment, and time management skills
  • High level of technical understanding and hands-on experience including dealing with complex data systems and processes
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple implementation projects.
  • Ability to understand and manipulate concepts as to design solutions that will fit high level business requirements as well as everyday limitations.

  • 2-3 days onsite in Dallas, TX
