About the role:

As a Client Service Advisor, you will be focused on delivering luxury hospitality while redefining the cosmetic dermatology experience. Advisors have a passion for educating new and existing clients about Ever/Body’s hospitality, products, and services. 

Client Service Advisors will work closely with the center team on maximizing product and service sales, driving new business, booking appointments, and community outreach. You maintain the pulse of the center making sure operational and hospitality standards are upheld from the moment a client walks in the door.

Role Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Act as a brand ambassador and provide clients with an exceptional service experience. 
  • Exceed daily, weekly and monthly goals by converting consultations within the center
  • Collaborate with providers in building treatment plans for new and existing clients 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Stay well-informed about the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.

Client Outreach:

  • Proactive outreach via all channels (email, phone, social) to current and potential clients to promote, network, and inform on all things Ever/Body to generate repeat business and referrals
  •  Become a “master of your craft” in regards to Ever/Body service offerings and competitive landscape

Business Acumen:

  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Stay informed on all sales activity, including daily performance. 
  • Collaborate with center management to motivate team and support daily sales operations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize performance and sales

In-Center Experience:

  • Act with poised professionalism; focused on delivering a luxurious and hospitable experience to all clients; anticipating their needs. 
  • Ensure all center visual and operational standards are met and maintained
  • Participate in daily operations activities such as: electronic record keeping, inventory, restocking, and maintaining brand cleanliness standards
  • Partner with the Center Manager on conducting inventory, checking in shipments, and organization of back of house areas
  • Support provider team with proper maintenance of equipment and treatment rooms
  • Resolve client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring high levels of hospitality and client satisfaction and escalating when necessary. 

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of direct client-facing sales experience required.
  • Prior sales experience working for luxury, beauty and/or aesthetic medical practices strongly preferred.
  • Must exude passion for delivering a hospitality focused and personalized client experience.
  • Experience in cultivating sales leads and converting potential new to brand clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exercise professionalism and discretion with sensitive and private information.
  • Have a passion for health, wellness, and beauty
  • A motivated self-starter who can perform tasks independently
  • Possess strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Have the ability to remain calm under pressure when handling client or provider needs
  • Available to work a non-traditional schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds as needed. 
  • Undergraduate degree preferred

Pay & Perks:

  • Competitive compensation of $20-22/hr*; including bonus potential. 
    • *Hourly pay will be determined based on candidate experience, center size, location and market.
